State of Texas

• Keep SNAP benefits
• Increase the Adult Career Education Fund to $10 million so that more people can develop their skills
• Promote the dignified treatment of people regardless of their immigration status
• Stop subsidizing data centers that consume our water and drive up electricity costs

Federal

• Stop criminalizing immigration and reform our system so that families and workers can immigrate legally
• Repeal the OBBB provision that shifts nearly $1 billion in SNAP program costs to the State of Texas
• Keep the Affordable Care Act accessible to Texans; renew the tax credits that were eliminated by the OBBB
