Join us for a two-day training to learn the habits and practices of broad-based organizing. This training is intended for leaders from congregations, schools, nonprofits, and others that are interested in rebuilding their institutions as we emerge from the pandemic, as well as learning to take collective action for the well-being of our communities. 

In this training we will cover topics to help leaders reflect more deeply on the mission of their institution, understand pressures on families, and learn how we can organize our institutions to act effectively on behalf of families. 

The training is sponsored by EPISO and Border Interfaith, both affiliated with the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), the oldest network of broad-based community organizations in the country.

Únase a nosotros para una capacitación de dos días para aprender los hábitos y prácticas de la organización de base amplia. Esta capacitación está dirigida a líderes de congregaciones, escuelas, organizaciones sin fines de lucro y otras personas que estén interesadas en reconstruir sus instituciones a medida que salimos de la pandemia, así como en aprender a tomar medidas colectivas para el bienestar de nuestras comunidades. 

En esta capacitación cubriremos temas para ayudar a los líderes a reflexionar más profundamente sobre la misión de su institución, comprender las presiones sobre las familias y aprender cómo podemos organizar nuestras instituciones para actuar de manera efectiva en nombre de las familias. 

La capacitación es patrocinada por EPISO y Border Interfaith, ambas afiliadas a la Fundación de Áreas Industriales (IAF), la red más antigua de organizaciones comunitarias de base amplia en el país.
